Early stage soft foods for camping

My husband and I just planned a trip for about 5 and a half weeks out after my surgery. Assuming all goes well, I should be in the very beginning of the soft food stage. I have no idea what foods to bring/make that are decent nutritionally. Any easy camp food suggestions?

I am planning a similar weekend trip with my family, I don't have many ideas, so interested in what others might come up with.

My list consists of:

Canned tuna
Vienna sausages
Canned soups
Apple sauces
Jello
Soft protein bars

Scrambled eggs (for breakfast), yogurt, chili...not sure how cooking creative you are when camping, but what about taking foil packets with salmon and zucchini? If you will be using a camp stove, refried beans with cheese (maybe make fajitas for the husband). You could probably eat a hot dog or hamburger, if you chewed it very carefully.
