I was supposed to be three months nicotine free prior to surgery. I stopped smoking cold turkey two weeks ago. I don't have a date yet but they are submitting everything to my insurance soon. I am unsure if they will make me take the blood test before submitting everything to insurance?

I was a pack a day smoker, do you think three weeks quitting I will be ae to pass?

Never tested me at all. I told my Dr I vaped. I actually quit for three days after surgery and then right back to it. Its more addictive than cigarettes.

It was a blood test.

I am a former smoker and then vaper. I didn’t have any nicotine test though. I think that must be surgeon requirement and not insurance.

I'm really not smart because I quit smoking in 2015 but then smoked while on a camping trip in March. It took me MONTHS to finish the pack I bought and I literally smoked the last one back in June. I'm pretty sure I'm fine but wasn't the smartest thing I've done.
