Just got banded!

Hey there folks. Just wanted to announce my new band -- in Wed 12/5/07.

The surgery was easy as all get out, not a problem (I was scared ta death about that). Only the port is causing any pain at all, and thats not that bad.

I love this forum, I have learned so much and it definitely informed me as for my decision to do it.

Here's to losing this weight and starting my new life!!!:heh:

HI! Your buckeye name caught my eye because I'm a fellow buck! I was banded on 12/4 with Synchrony Weight Loss by Dr. Osborne... such a small world! I love knowing that there are people around me that are bandsters... it seems less elusive. ;) Congrats!

Look under the USA Local Support Groups, then under Ohio, and you'll find there are groups of Buckeye Bandsters in Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, all over! Congrats.

Go Bucks!

Buckeye, I'm glad to hear your surgery was easy!! Congratulations!!!!

I'm still wondering if I can be alone after coming home from the surgery. Did you have any help or need any????

Hey there smaller. I had absolutely no problems after I arrived home. I was at the Surgery Center at 630am, home by 11am. I wasn't even sore at all, tho most of the time I just relaxed. But I needed no help after I got home and situated :)

Buckeye,

Thank you so much. That makes me feel so much better!! I didn't want to ask anyone to stay with me. Now I know I can do it alone!!!!:clap2::clap2::clap2:
