Vitamins

Hey, whats is the best tasting chewable vitamins? I was online looking at bariatric advantage. Has anyone tried these? What's your favorite?? :)

Feb 23 rd is my surgery date. Less than a week!

    I've been using the Calcium Citrate D3 caramel ones and they're pretty good. I also do the chewable multi's from them too. I have 2 of the multi's in the morning and 2 of the D's later in the afternoon (per my dietician). I had the sleeve and DS w/SIPS so I'm a bit more likely to have the vitamin deficiencies.

    I just used chewable Centrums (or the generic equivalent) my first year post-op (you have to take two a day to meet our multivitamin requirements, though). They were fine.
