I found a tea that seems to really work in a short order with constipation. I am not a fan of Smooth Move and my friend introduced me to a homemade ginger tea but it was a lot of work and I didnt always have the ingredients around for it. I am always trying things on amazing Amazon and tried this one and in about three hours you could say I had "large results" !! I did not get cramps or super bloated from it. Highly recommend it

I’ll keep this in mind! I suffer from IBS-D, so I usually don’t have this problem. However one of my friends had the same surgery and also has IBS-D, and she got constipated. She said just keep an eye out. So I’m ready if it happens!
