Puree stage, how much to eat

So I am now in the puree stage. Around how many ounces does everyone else eat? I haven't been measuring, ill usually take a few bites off my baby spoon, until I kinda feel some "heartburn". I want to start measuring stuff tho, so I make sure I am doing this right. Thanks

My guidelines say 1-2Tbs of a protein and 1-2Tbs of something else, like blended fruit, hot cereal, mushy cooked vegetables, etc. It says to eat the protein first, and only eat until you are comfortably satiated... the numbers are the MAX, not the min. :) This morning, I could only eat 3/4 of a scrambled egg... I called it good. All surgeons/nuts have different plans, though.

The reality of the quantity is really weird to begin. I used to make scrambled eggs from two eggs & eat them over three days so like you @GivinItMyALL. A serve of rolled oats took three or four days. My fridge was full of dishes covered with cling film. Lol
