Feeling weak/rubber legs

A little over 2 weeks out, I went out and was on my feet for about 30 minutes, I felt like my legs might give way on me, had to go back to bed when I got home. I’m trying to get enough water and protein, does anyone know if a lack of either would make you feel this way? Took a walk last week and felt the same way. Frustrated.

Are you taking your vitamins/supplements? I let myself run out a few weeks ago and I felt exactly as you describe. Plus my heart was racing. Dehydration can also definitely make you feel that way. It's super easy to get dehydrated early on because you can't chug liquids, you have to sip slowly.

I agree it's your H2O. I use EnduroPacks Liquid Electrolytes spray in my H2O. I was getting bad leg cramps at night when I was first out of surgery. This knocked them out. It's a small bottle and you put 10 squirts in your water. Good stuff. You can get it on Amazon.
