Finally starting my Pre-op !!!

so i finally made the decision to get the gastric sleeve, today is my first day on pre-op and so far i have had 1 shake at 8am and 1 bottle of water, soooo nervous hopefully i can get thru this 2 weeks ??. any advice?

    Congrats on your new journey! My advice, just stay strong lol. The liquid diets are not the easiest, but you got this !
