One benefit of the boss from hell is I don't have to think about calories, carbs, weight, or much of anything. Food does not rule my life, the boss from hell does. ;)

I know this didn't help your question one bit. But I didn't really come to this thread for that.

hi i just do the protein 60-80 and water and the carbs are incidental like in condiments. i dont track calories
