So it's possible to ignore users. Is it possible to ignore certain threads or whole forums?

A good idea. Myfitnesspal allows users to ignore the subforums they are not interested in, it works great.

Yes, on another board I have e. g. ignored the whole board where people make all this "looking for" or "selling" threads or threads where the best diaper brands for a 6 months old are discussed because it's clogging the new posts feed.

Of course one can simply scroll by but one wants to have some luxury as well. ;)
