Hi everyone! I am a bit nervous about surgery but I’m definitely anxious and ready to conquer this milestone in my life

Hard time getting the weight off and I’m a lil in discomfort from the gas in me but I’m good

Congrats on your upcoming surgery! I had mine three and a half months ago now. The surgery part wasn't that bad... it was the gas that was a pain and trying to get fluid in. No regrets though!

So I am now awaiting the approval/denial process by my insurance and I can say I am SO ANXIOUS! My hopes is to have surgery in the next couple of months meaning June or July but I’m trying very hard not to think that far

congrats! I’m waiting for my doctor to call me w/ a date and then they’re submitting me. my insurance doesn’t require much so I think I’ll be good but it’s still nerve wrecking! hopefully we’ll be June or July surgery buddies ??

I think this forum has been doing me well with dispelling a lot of my anxiety/fears. The one thing I was missing in my pre-op was a support group and this has been helpful. @BobbieRhea I think that the more you browse, the more it'll help. You got this!
