Rumble in the jungle

OP for more than 10 years ago - now all of a sudden, my stomach/intestine "rumbles and roars" - so I can't attend any meetings without attracting unwanted attention

I expected this shortly after the OP - but hasn't done that before.

have anyone experience this, and know what to do in order to quiet down the stomach? (I haven't made a shift in my diet or anything similar)

I am 16 months post op and my stomach does this whenever it feels like it, no rhyme or reason lol.. Hang in there
