Protein Shots

Hola everyone... Does anyone take 1oz or 2.5 oz protein shots to reach you daily protein goals? If so, which protein shots do you use?
I don’t want to lose my hair which has already thinned and fallen out when I was doing a medically managed weight loss program last February... It is only now that it’s starting to recoup ?

you might end up losing more. It's supposedly due to the anesthesia plus the trauma of surgery on the body (and it supposedly can be a side effect of ANY surgery, but I'm guessing it's more commonly seen after bariatric surgery because we're taking in so few calories those first few months). I don't know think anything is too effective at stopping it - although getting your protein in and keeping on top of your vitamins will probably keep it from getting any worse. Luckily, I didn't lose much - or not enough to be noticed by others. Anyway, I never used the shots - so hopefully someone will chime in about those.
