Mood Swings!!!

Idk why but my moods are crazy!!! One moment am fine next moment am sad another moment am mad as hell!! I had my surgery almost 4 weeks ago! Next moment am crying kind of depressed is this normal? Does anyone else feel like this?☹️?

This happened to me right out of surgery too! I was crying almost everyday once I got home and was super depressed. My mood was all over the place and when I asked my doc why, she told me it could be a combination of the anesthesia with just the feeling of regret most people experience when first doing the surgery. I'm also assuming the body is in shock so that can alter your feelings a bit.

Eventually you will be back to your old self! :)

It's very common. A lot of people claim it's due to hormones flooding your system. Estrogen is stored in fat cells, and with the rapid weight loss, it's suddenly released. It balances out after a few weeks (or sometimes months), though
