Hooray for lower scale readings! Happy Dance!

stalls are really common. I had several of them. As long as you're sticking to your plan, all you can really do is wait it out and stay off the scale if you have to.

But they are SOOOOOOO frustrating! How can you be eating around 800 calories a day, not cheating AT ALL and have the scale not budge an ounce? I always went "Yeah, right" when I'd see a person on My 6

I have been working so hard to keep my calories up at around 1000/1100. My fitnesspal kept telling me if I keep eating this way I will weigh 158 in 5 weeks. I was getting pretty frustrated because the scale stayed at the same 169/170 for 3 weeks. I have been really focusing on getting my protein in, if I was hungry I would eat some roasted chicken (I even bought myself a rotisserie chicken just for that reason) Well today much to my happy surprise I dropped 2.5 pounds! I guess the Nutritionist knows what she is talking about. This week I am going to focus on getting more exercise in, and hopefully kick it up up even more.
