What did your doctor and/or nutritionist say you could have? My pre-op diet allowed 1 cup of vegetables or fruit twice a day. Stick with what the information that you were given.

depends on your surgeon. All programs are different. I wasn't allowed to have any solid food at all - just protein shakes and ultra-low or no calorie fluids.
