still waiting.......

I am so fustrated I'm waiting for my ins. approval I submmitted everything on 11-9-07 and the ins. recieved it and they are reviewing it still oh my goodness how long does this take!!!! I think my doc office is annoyed with me calling everyday, sorry I'm just fustrated
