New pain in muscles

I had my DS on 18 Sept; for the past month or so I have been having a weird issue where in different spots in my back, or my bi/triceps I get a pain, where it feels as though there is a needle jabbed into the muscle. And these will persist for days. Has anyone else experienced this kind of thing?

A few weeks post-op, I would have a sudden, stabbing pain in my pectoral region when I would move certain ways (especially when bending over to pick something up off of the floor). I read that these types of issues can be related to certain vitamin deficiencies. I swapped to a different multivitamin and the issue was gone within four days and has not resurfaced. Might be worth discussing with your doctor.
