Im 2days post op and get uncontrollable hiccups whenever i drink. Has this happened to anyone else?

You're not using a straw, are you? Sounds like you're getting too much air. Take little sips.

It can also be a sign of being full, at 2 days out an once or two of water and I was done.

I am 1yr 8 months out and when I start reaching full, I get the sniffles. If I go a bit more it becomes hiccups and If I don't stop there its game over. Good luck. ?

I had terrible hiccups after surgery. Till today 2+ yrs PO if I eat a big meal I get hiccups.

Yes. I get hiccups as well. Try slowing down when you drink. Your pouch is swollen so can’t really hold that much right now.
