Today I realized that the food festivities are in FULL EFFECT!!! From office luncheons and potlucks, Friendsgiving, Happy Hours...this is all just a warm-up to the Big Event of fine dining and grandiose entertainment and food comas....THANKSGIVING!!!
Today, I chose smoked turkey from Honeybaked as my protein and very small servings of carbs at our luncheon. I drank water, I did have cake, I didn't finish it, I took the remainder of it to my dad's house for him to have. Now, instead of going in my kitchen eating that cake I'm going to drink a protein shake and go to bed.
