Post op incision

I am 2 weeks post op and my biggest incision is sore. Redness not at the incision but right above it. No fever, no drainage and kinda hard underneath but starting to sink in. Is this normal?

    Yup. I'm 3 weeks out and mine is still sore. Luckily it's the only part left that's sore.

    It goes away about 4 weeks - Keep it clean and use CBC lotion kills the pain
