Helpful Post Gastric Sleeve Apps (Nov 2019)

Anyone have some suggestions on the best apps to use after Gastric Sleeve?

I’ve seen a few, but was curious to hear from real people which ones they like. Thanks!

The only app I use is Myfitnesspal.com It is very helpful to log your foods and see where you need to improve. Also you can track inches lost and weight loss as well!

I also use Myfitnesspal. You can adjust macros. I kept mine at my old, but I know where I have to be anyway. I track my protein, calories and sugar and it keeps track of my weight (I don't do measurements...I should, but I don't).

Baritastic. Made for WLS patients. Track weight, water, all the macros you need and you can customize it. Easy to use quickly as well.
