Egg

First time eating an egg... I woke so excited to eat an egg after sooooo long..... so i ate not even the whole egg but everything went down well...then decided to drink my 1 vitamin after 20mins I was vomiting the whole vitamin??‍♀️??‍♀️.... so now I need some guidance.... Something I did wrong....what should I do first ..[emoji24][emoji17]

I think you drank the vitamin too quickly after eating and your stomach was still full. Not supposed to drink anything for 30 mins after eating.

a lot of people have problems with eggs when they're early out. And most are eventually able to eat them. Just hold off for awhile and try again...
