your stomach is pretty swollen the first few weeks from the surgery so it doesn't have much capacity. So yes - as time goes on and the swelling goes away you can eat more. You probably haven't stretched it. Just make sure you're following your plan - just because you *can* eat something doesn't mean you should. I still watch my volume at over 4 years out..

and yes - weight loss slows down quite a bit after the first few months.

I know today I woke up hoping to stick to my plan from now I've been slacking tbh
So would I still loose weight ? When do I stop loosing weight ? I'm scared I won't loose anymore :(

Are you eating protein first? I know if I ever go away from that golden rule I can overeat and eat things that I don’t “need”. I’m in my 6th month and I could eat more than I should pretty easily. Lean protein first. Then add veggies. Then a whole grain carb if you’re still hungry. And don’t forget to drink a lot before you eat. Get the water in. Log your food if you stopped. It will tell you how many calories you’re really having.
