I don’t think it’s sugar free. I remember looking it up and it still had calories so I didn’t try it.

I did. Not often.

The rule of thumb is that you can have about 8g of sugar per day. If it's less than that, I think you'd be okay. Remember though, this is PER DAY, not per meal. Sugar will lead you to dumping syndrome and you don't want that.

Yes its fake sugar and ok - But why would you go to Chix filet? Going to drive you nutz- I would make your own with fake stila sugar
