Weight lose after pregnancy after sleeve

Hello, I had my baby 5 months ago, I had my sleeve on December 4, 2017, I am 20-25 lbs heavier than I want to be, I also breastfeed so I get very hungry super often and have the "pregnancy cravings", has anyone went through this??? Do you have any advice on how to lose the weight!? Thanks in advance.
