6 years post op!

Hi! I was on here long ago just after post op. I got away from it and then after some not so wonderful life events I'm back! I have lost 140lbs! But I have about 100 left to lose. Wondering if you might be able to give me some tips on getting back into the right way to eat. I have some major digestive issues and I know it's cause I'm not eating correctly. I don't eat alot or anything like that. Last year at checkup after 5 years they confirmed all is well and my stomach hasn't stretched at all since surgery. So I'm good to go! So hit me with your tactics if you don't mind! I can do this and I will be here to support you as you are supporting me in this life long journey! ?
