How are you struggling? Getting the fluids in, the protein, the solids, exercise? What seem to be the specific issues? Remember that at 6 weeks you are still very much in the healing stage. I felt that I turned a big corner right at 3 months. Hang in there. It only gets better. You've come through the worst already.

I'm 7 weeks out and struggle daily with meeting goals. I can exercise fine but just can't hold enough to get any significant protein/water. You're definitely not alone.

Me too. It’s a struggle to get water, protein, & exercise in for me, too. I can’t stand the sweet shakes, whey powder, and bottled protein water that I loved pre-op. I looked around and found the bariatric pal store had powdered grapefruit, crangrape, lemonade, raspberry drinks that have 15 grams of protein per pack. This week, I put 2 packets in water in the am and I do the same in the pm and I’ve been able to get 60 grams in. But I am still short on the water and exercise.

Every day is a struggle and Im ten weeks out but it depends on how you are struggling? Let us know and hopefully we can help...
