Can you have fig fruit on stage 3?

On my examples of food given to me for stage 2 and 3 Canned pears, canned peaches, banana mashed or puréed, watermelon, applesauce. But at the bottom it says “you are not limited to this list”

Figs are pretty soft so I think so...

I have no idea though. I'm just guessing :D

I would think they would be OK, but you are looking at a lot of calories and zero protein. Maybe 1 or 2 after a meal as dessert.
