30 is also rare among those of us "normal" bariatric patients. It happens, but it's the exception rather than the rule. You see that more among the "600 lb Life" crowd, since they're starting at a much higher BMI than most of us are. You are doing fine!!

thank you for the encouraging words and support. It helps so much... this whole process feels like a sea and at times very alone not knowing what to expect or what will happen.

I think to lose more, you may have to amputate a limb. Great job.

Gonna to be hard to crawl when you only have 3 Paws- keep the Vital equipment if YOU Can- yeah Lower the Weight but keep Yourself Great!???
