Post op diet

Hi everyone. I had my surgery May 28, and I’m now down 54 pounds . My surgeon never gave me an appt to help me go through the stages so I’m doing it alone . I’m officially on the last stage but I however, am doing it slowly and adding little foods. I eat everything on my plate as 1/3 cup each and it’s been sitting well. I was wondering what foods were added on at this stage for everyone !

The skill I'm practicing now is small bites and put your fork down. Eat slow and chew a lot. My 4oz of meat fills me up for the day.
