Not going to lie.... i do miss my band sometimes. But the sleeve is doing great.... today 137lbs.... that's a 36.5 lbs loss since Aug.

I am in love with these cheap ass leggings from Walmart..... I think they are like $5. They fit high on the waist and does not roll down. Super soft.....

I got my morning "ralk" in. 3mph pace. Slow but steady. Will do another one this evening!

Amazing how pre-planning and following through on exercise helps set the tone? Makes me feel like I can and will make better choices throughout the day

You look great! How did you get such nice arms? I'm hoping mine look like that once I'm fully recovered from my arm lift I had a couple weeks ago.
