Soreness

It's been a month since my.GS procedure and my abdomen is still very sore. I still have difficulty bending over. I know that everyone tolerates pain differently, but I'm just curious of when others started feeling relief from abdominal soreness?

I never really had any. I guess we all respond differently.

Well you did have fibers pushed aside, 3/4 of your stomach removed, even cuts through your muscles, I would give it 6 weeks total, if no better I think you should let them know you are still so sore!

The omentum was detached from the fundus and believe it or not it will move over and reattach to the smaller stomach, plus nerves were moved around, and your stomach was pulled out of that small hole - it will be sore for awhile. It gets better. My sternum was very sore when I moved suddebly. A heating pad on low really helped.

Mine is sore on the lower right! Getting up and down is what really hurts. Anyone else like this? Oh, and coughing is a killer.
I’m glad I’m not the only that feels this!
