Hi everyone, I am grabbing surgery on July 9th and are just getting things ready. Can anyone recommend a 32 ounce water bottle with 1 ounce marks they might have used in order for me to track my intake and nitv drink too much at once. I'm concerned about getting in that 64 ounces a day.

Amazon, Walmart and target have plenty to choose from.

I use a 48oz from the brand Nalgene. I purchased it from Target, but they are also on Amazon.

I also have a 32-oz Nalgene that I really like. Two of those per day is my minimum water intake, so it's easy to keep track. I actually have two--one at the office and one at home.
