Missing one day of vitamins

So, during the week, I'm very good on Vitamins. I have a timer on my computer at work that helps me keep track of these. When I'm home on the weekends, things are a little less easy to handle.

Is it really a big deal if I miss a single day, so long as I'm good the rest of the week?

I was just on a 3-day weekend trip and forgot to bring my Vitamins with me. I felt fine the entire time and just started again when I got home. I can't imagine that missing them one day is going to matter at all.

It's not going to kill you to miss a dose here and there, but try to set a timer on your phone for weekends or lay them out on the bathroom counter or something if you can.

Shhhhh I miss days all the time (not everything but because i simply forget Calcium a lot) but I believe that supplements are intended to fill in the gaps that you might miss from foods. If you are getting valuable nutrients in food sources it's possible you might still be covered *a little*

*malabsorption is a +++++
