I found oatmeal on the bariatric pal website. Its got added protein and only 10 carbs. Post Op food list my doc gave me, had grits and cream of wheat so i feel like it will be fine. We will just see how my pouch feels about it

Has anyone had corn Mush?

I personally eat BariatricPal Maple Brown Sugar Protein Oatmeal a few times per week and usually add in a handful of berries.

mine too. I could have cream of wheat during my 'liquid' stage but she told me to cut it out after the third week for the carbs.
