The old medicine cup of fluid every 15 minutes worked and still works for me. 2 oz every 15 minutes makes 8 oz an hour, 8 hours of doing that and voila your magic 64 oz. Pills you work in between meals , especially calcium, space 2 hours between iron and Good. You eventually set your own rhythm, everybody's might slightly differ.

Sip, sip, and sip some more all day long.

Yep, sipping constantly will become your new norm. Keep in mind that right after surgery you won’t be able to achieve that number but they are goals to work up too. I was able to start getting in all my water by about the 2nd week. Vitamins will most likely be chewable right after surgery depending on your surgeon . I take one multi and my chewable calcium first thing in the morning. I take a 2nd chewable calcium at lunch. My last calcium I take about 3. And then at bedtime I take my other multi vitamin . It seems overwhelming but you’ll quickly get into a routine. My nut gave hand outs with food progression plans as well as a suggested plan on how to get in all my water and vitamins . For the first few weeks /month I had my vitamin schedule on the front of the fridge . Good luck and I’m sure you’ll do great ??
