I got my results back from my blood work and the nurse email me saying she sent a prescription over for replesta 50000 wafer and i have to take them for 13 months 1 a week which isn't bad. What other ways can i increase my vitamin d

* Im going to the beach this weekend to get some sun*

I will be doing just that . Since im taking 2 weeks off after surgery i guess im taking the boat out and do some fishing with my family. and lay out in the sun . I thought i get to much sun since i live in Florida
