Peanut Powder In Shakes? Post Op

Hi , I had surgery on April 3rd, so far o good! Expect the anesthesia headache!! But wondering if it's okay to add some peanut powder to my protein shakes. In the post opt diet I'm realizing that many doctors vary from protocol. Thanks :)

I think you're fine to add it at this point.

I was allowed PB2. I still use it in shakes, greek yogurt and ricotta cheese with a little stevia. Makes a great sweet treat for dessert.

Hi can you have ricotta cheese on the liquid diet? I hope so it would be better then greek yogurt. Thanks :)
