Some are great, some not so great, but those tending to need support post here. I had my first seminar in May 2018, and had my surgery last week. All is going very well. Best wishes!

Congratulations on your weight loss journey. There are plenty of information here for you to soak up. At times it can be overwhelming but people on here are super supportive. Regarding diet, some people try to loose before the surgery while others do not. Losing weight may also be a requirement in accordance with your insurance. I did not have to loose any, but I cut out a lot of the unhealthy foods.

Lastly the pre op process goes by really fast and before you know it you will be posting your surgery date.

Good luck
