Question about sodium

It's been 3 weeks since surgery. I am now on soft foods/pureed stage.... I cannot stand broth anymore. What are some ways I can get sodium in?

Add some salt to any soft foods you can eat. If you’re still in the liquid phase I’d just wait it out. I couldn’t handle broth after my sleeve. The hospital broth was good but everything I bought was disgusting. Friend sent me a link to a bone broth she loves that comes frozen from places like Ralphs and Whole Foods. I’m going to try it for my bypass.

Tyr "better than bullion" in the baked chicken flavor. it is really good.

Is that the one that comes in jars and it’s basically concentrated cubes? I got some for my sleeve but moved onto the next phase before trying them. I’ve heard they’re great.
