Lost my restriction?

Hi,

I am not feeling any restriction after 10 months (RNY 2018 - had sleeve 2014), this happened directly after I had the flu where I ate ice cream and I had soda. I usually eat 3 ounces per meal 2x a day and muscle milk for breakfast. After the flu 3 weeks ago I just don't feel any restriction whereas I could eat and feel satisfied, now I think I can just continue to eat more and have noticed I am now eating more than before if I don't measure. I don't have health insurance now so I can't see my Dr.

Is what you're eating considered a slider food? I can eat my Halo Top ice cream and never feel the same restriction I do with more solid foods like lean meats and vegetables. I have to measure it out

Is what you're eating considered a slider food? I can eat my Halo Top ice cream and never feel the same restriction I do with more solid foods like lean meats and vegetables. I have to measure it out because if I eat it straight from the pint I will finish the whole thing off. You can't rely solely on the size of your pouch to lose and keep the weight off. Too many 'bad' foods are things that slide through. You need to make sure you are making the lifestyle change and eating healthy, wholesome food.
