Hi, I am not feeling any restriction after 10 months (RNY 2018 - had sleeve 2014), this happened directly after I had the flu where I ate ice cream and I had soda. I usually eat 3 ounces per meal 2x a day and muscle milk for breakfast. After the flu 3 weeks ago I just don't feel any restriction whereas I could eat and feel satisfied, now I think I can just continue to eat more and have noticed I am now eating more than before if I don't measure. I don't have health insurance now so I can't see my Dr.

I had one. Did the tests at the hospital for free. Dr wrote the letter without a second visit. The cardiologist got me good though, 4 visits.

I had those fears myself. But I just had to trust the process. Honestly I'm still terrified but I just have to take a deep breath and trust. One of my deepest fears is that I will still have my round face which I hope oh so desperately to lose and slim it down.

I'm really craving Chipotle. I'm hoping I might have a small bit purred as soon as I'm cleared to move to that stage.

Looking for some October buddies so we can have moral support and stuff (i.e. exchange numbers and instagrams if you want). I have my surgery date 10/16 and am currently on day 5 of liquids. I already spoke w/the anesthesiologist from the Hospital the other day and just need to be told what time to arrive. Also from S. Florida!

I've learned to drink a sip, wait a few and then repeat and I feel full. On day 5 of 7 pre liq.

Awesome. Good luck. That's my surgery date as well but I don't have to start my liquid diet until 10/9.
