Left side pain?

Hi all, I am five days post-op and I have slight pain in my lower left chest/in my side.

I have been doing the breathing exercises no problem and am just kind of sore otherwise but I'm wondering if anyone else has had that? I'm thinking it might be gas pain or maybe pain from surgery radiating.

Let me know!! Thanks!

Hi there! I had the same thing and it was more uncomfortable when I first woke up but I was told by my surgeon that the gas pain can last up to a 7-10 days after surgery as everyone expels the gas (the stuff they pump you up with during surgery) as different times. Hope this helps!
