I'm almost a year out, but I had a good recovery. The best thing I did was get up and walk as soon as I could. The worst thing for me was the gas pain. Thankfully, that only last for a couple of days, because it was awful. I have had fantastic results so far though, so I would do it all again if I had to. According to your stats, you're still pre-op. I wish you the best of luck!

That’s really good! I’m so glad to hear everything has been going great for you.. I’m not pre-op does it say that some where on here about me? I’m still learning how to use this app lol .. I am currently 3 weeks post-op
