I'm Gonna Do It!!

Well, I'm gonna do it! I scheduled the date for December 28th to get the lapband! Now I'm so excited--and a nervous wreck!! All words of wisdon are welcome!!

It is a big decision.... I was foolish and decided to make every meal my last when I was in the waiting process for insurance..... since I have gained composure... Stress eater here!!!

hi there i was banded on the 26th nov have had my first fill 2.8 i dont feel any different so i need to control my eating . Which i have i have lost 8 kg in since optifast stage but slower now .occassionally when i eat i feel full Hoipe this improves with my next fill Has anybody felt the same in the first fill
