Lady Business

Hi, for all you ladies out there who are still visited by aunt flow every month, how was it affected after surgery? I feel like a mess in that department and am not sure what is going on. My mood is sour and I want to bite everyone's head off so that seems like PMS but could just be that I'm a !@#$

If you don't mind sharing something so personal than I would appreciate the advice.

My period started in the hospital a couple of hours after my surgery. Let's just say it didn't make any of the surgery pains any easier. It seemed heavier than normal and lasted a full day longer. ?

I'm 3.5 months out. My cycle is all over the place. First cycle was 5 weeks apart, then 3 weeks, then 6 weeks, then 2 weeks. And they are heavy - much heavier than before. And worse cramps. Maybe it'll even out?

My first period after surgery was a few days post-op, which was a few days early. I started birth control shortly after surgery and my last period was super light as a side effect.

That sounds awesome. =( My cycle is already not normal. I hope it evens out.
