I take bariatric fusion orange. They have a sample pack so you can try all flavors before committing to a big bottle.

I take these.
I tried searching the site but couldn't get a good answer. I am looking for recommendations on chewable vitamins with iron. I have been taking the Celebrate Multivitamin Complete with 36mg Iron Chewable but I can't get past the taste post op. I asked my NUT and he recommended Centrum chewables with 18 mg of iron. I found some and after I got home and opened them I realized that right above the iron it lists calcium. below is a link to the ingredients.

During all my pre-op classes and online here, it is ingrained that iron and calcium must be taken separtely. When I questioned my NUT his response was "Calcium in the Multi Vitamins is only minimal - and it will not much affect the iron and the calcium will dissolve quicker than iron once in the stomach".
Anyone have any thoughts on this and/or recommendations for vitamins if the Centrum is off the list? I actually don't mind the taste but clearly they don't have near the amount of nutrients as the Celebrate vitamins.
