3 months post-op

I'm 3 months post-op and things are ok. I've hit a plateau with my weight loss (which I know happens) but now I'm wondering if I'm actually not eating enough, my plateau has lasted a month. I get 600-700 calories a day and over 90 grams of protein. How many calories did everyone get in at 3 months post-op? I have an appointment with my surgeon next month but until then I'm just curious.

Thanks

They are so frustrating!!!!!! I know my body is still changing, I lost half a shoe size in the last month and my ankles are smaller, but I really miss seeing that weight fall off.

I ate 600-800 for the first several months - so same as you. It's probably just a stall.
