Im 7 days out and I still look pregnant. I assume this is because of the surgery?

Probably so, they fill you up with so much fluid it's a v wonder you don't slosh when you walk. Walk around your house if it's miserable to go outside, could also be trapped gas that makes you look preggo plump.
